Back in June, I posted one of Electric Tiki Design‘s Teeny Weeny Mini-maquette figurines in response to a photo Intelligent Collector magazine posted to Facebook. One thing I did not mention in that post was that Electric Tiki made a number of limited edition variants of their Mini-maquettes.
Shortly after my post, Facebook user Larry Tremblay posted a photo of his Electric Tiki collection to the Harvey Comics Facebook group. All four figurines are limited edition variants. I asked Larry for photos for the Harvey Mercheum, and Larry has graciously supplied them.
Today I am posting Little Dot wearing a blue dress instead of her normal red. The box states that this variant was only available directly from Electric Tiki at convention appearances they made in 2003. Items like this and the Mid-Ohio Con exclusive Pop Culture Pin Trading pins are why guest exhibits are so important to the Harvey Mercheum’s mission. The chance of me finding these items for sale is slim, and even if I did, I could not afford to buy them all. Thanks again Larry!
