It’s not a secret that Facebook plays a big role in our lives today. Most of its’ users actually can’t live a day without logging-in to their account. It has been turned into a part of their lives. But,  it also seems to have bad side effects as well. According to psychologists at Stanford University “frequent Facebook visitors tend to overestimate the happiness and well-being of the people on their friends list; this inflated perception has led many users to feel lonely and depressed.”

This video created by Insurance Quotes explains how Facebook affects our health, environment, and also shows how the company’s mobile approach affected its’ economy. Check out the video after the break for the fun detailed info.
