Open to guests for a limited time only between the dates of 9th – 31st July 2015, this is a once in a life time chance for guests to hold their own perfect evening among friends, in one of Tokyo’s most iconic five-star hotels.

During this period, Chef de Cuisine Federico Heinzmann from the hotel’s signature restaurant, the New York Grill & Bar, will create unforgettable dishes for lucky guests making the most of this new offering, with carefully selected ingredients and flavours balanced with hand selected high quality wines. Other exclusive highlights of this unforgettable package include sampling the rare ‘Almas Persicus’ caviar, available at no other Japanese hotel, and enjoying pre-dinner cocktails prepared from the distinguished ’Louis Roederer Cristal ’Champagne, all taking place in the privacy of the prestigious “Tokyo Suite”.

The Park Hyatt Tokyo’s signature suite, “Tokyo Suite” (220 m2), is located on the 50th floor of the building, commanding fantastic views out over the Tokyo metropolis to the Southeast. This suite is filled with priceless art pieces and a thousand beautiful books on the arts, creating a creative and exclusive space in which to celebrate with family and friends. Arranged in exquisite detail in an individualistic staging that reflects the sensibilities of modern-day Tokyo, the suite’s design imparts a cosmopolitan yet warm, homey ambiance.

“Almas Persicus” rare caviar tasting

One of the evening’s special treats is “Almas Persicus.” Made with eggs taken from rare “Persian sturgeon,” once the private reserve of the King of Persia, this caviar is available only in extremely small quantities, and only a tiny amount is circulated in the market. At present, Park Hyatt Tokyo is the only Japanese hotel serving this limited-production caviar. Guests will be wowed by the taste and presentation of this rare delicacy, as they scoop out the premium caviar from its gold carat plated pots!

Magnum bottle of “Louis Roederer Cristal,” – The Champagne of the Russian tsars

To accentuate the aroma and depth of the rare caviar, with its rich, full-bodied flavour, guests will be served “Louis Roederer Cristal”. This top-class Cuvee is renowned as one that Russian Tsar Alexander II had made exclusively for himself every year. Its powerful flavor also harbours delicate, painstakingly crafted details, and its unparalleled sophistication and class have continued to symbolise the excellence of Louis Roederer. A magnum bottle will enable guests to complement the star-lit summer sky of Tokyo with the ultimate in caviar and Champagne.

After enjoying pre-dinner cocktails featuring top-class caviar and Champagne, guests will be treated to a delicious main dinner. The Chef de cuisine of the New York Grill & Bar, which has proven irresistible to countless customers from Japan and abroad since its opening as the hotel’s signature restaurant, will prepare one special dish after another in a showcase feast, all served in the ambience of the signature “Tokyo Suite.” In a luxurious setting with a night-time view stretching out before guests with the many lights twinkling, guests will relish the various dishes and be swept away by the New York Grill & Bar’s meticulous service. Then as guests relax after such a perfect meal they will be soothed by the sounds of the hotel’s world class musicians in a private performance.

The New York Grill & Bar, Caviar and Cristal Evening package is available for guests of Park Hyatt Tokyo between Thursday 9th – Friday 31st July and includes:

This package is priced at 1.9 Million Yen/ £9,932* per night including the evening meal and accommodation in the ‘Tokyo Suite’ excluding tax and service charges and is available by advanced reservation only. A 50% cancellation charge will apply for cancellations after one week prior to the reserved date.
