Winland Towers gave out exclusive passes to their showroom. Upon receiving the invitation from my friend I was sort of thinking it would be a waste of time investing on a condominium unit, aside from the fact that it was expensive it has a smaller space. To my surprise Winland Towers is a lot different. It’s units are “above standard”.

What I like about their design is that the ceiling to floor is 3.2 meters. (You won’t feel like you’re gonna be compressed to death. :D)
That was 2 bedrooms
This is just a model. Portrays a 38 storey building with air-well in between the building to give units ventilation.
Inside this building are 68 units of Commercial spaces and 1,178 residential units.
Now here’s the 4 bedroom unit.
Now … My favorite spot.
The spacious 6 bedroom unit. I actually love it because I could crash the dividers of its rooms and transform it to a dressing room and my music room. Hell yeah! That’s possible with Winland beacause walls aren’t cheap … they’re sound proof as well!
What’s great about their management is that they don’t ask for any documents before you could own anything. So even a young professional like me can finally own one!
If you feel that the values are over whelming, you have 3 choice of paying. CASH / LEVEL - UP PAYMENT / 4 years to pay down payment via post dated checks.
Surprisingly, you can start moving in even if you’re not over paying the down payment. Upon completing the 24 checks for the first 2 years you can start living in your unit like “RENT TO OWN”
