Enjoy a Quick Bite Or a Lovely Meal at New City Food House

New City Food House is a simple eatery. Though their place is small and quite dim, they have a designated outdoor and air-conditioned dining area. The place also has a good number of wait staff and kitchen staff so ordering and waiting won’t be a problem. In fact, my family and I have dined at New City Food House countless times. Whether it’s lunch or dinner where the place can get crowded, we did not wait that long for our food to be served.

Now for the food. New City Food House offers a wide variety of simple Asian dishes. Do you love starting your meal with a hot bowl of soup? They have Cream of Mushroom, Hototay, Nido with Quail Eggs and more. They also have a selection of beef, pork, chicken, and seafood dishes.

If you’re quite heath conscious, you will surely enjoy their vegetable offerings like Ampalaya con Carne, Chopseuy Guiasado and Broccoli with Oyster Sauce to name a few. But if your heart wants noodles or sizzling dishes, there’s so many choices. How about some Mami, Chame, Lomi or Bihon? What about some Pig Knuckles, Gambas, Sisig or Sizzling Delight?

My personal favorite, however, is the Egg Puyong and the Torta Crabmeat. I know it should be spelled as Foo Young but in their menu it’s Egg Puyong so we’ll call it that. Eating any of these two with rice just makes my meal complete. The flavors are well-balanced and not too heavy.

Apart from those, we have also tried other dishes such as Broccoli with Oyster Sauce, Buttered Chicken, Sweet & Sour Pork, Cream of Asparagu, Hototay and Nido with Quail Eggs. These dishes are indeed simple but they don’t skimp on flavors!
