Look out for Vince and I at the infamous Tolpuddle Martyr’s Festival where we’ll have info on Dorset Energized and where Vince can answer your questions on renewable energy.
We’ll be on the Compassionate Dorset stall in the main marquee – the local animal welfare group and voluntary supporter group for the leading farm animal charity Compassion in World Farming, which I run in my ‘spare’ time, campaigning peacefully on a grass-roots level to help end factory farming. Needless to say more and more people are now realising that farming, human health and the environment, are all inter-linked under the umbrella (haha, let’s hope we don’t need them this weekend!) of ‘Sustainability’ and all are affected by (or in the case of factory farming a direct contributor to) climate change, but I’m sure I’ll discuss that further in another blog post soon…
