Din Tai Fung is thrilled to once again offer the steamed chilli crab dumplings at its outlets from 1 July to 31st August 2014. These Xiao Long Bao are handmade with precision by a dedicated team of chefs that retain the brand characteristic 18-folds and are 40% larger than their signature original steamed pork dumplings.
We tried the dumplings and they are still soup-juicy, pork sweet and the amount of crab fillings is just so much enough to chew on. I mean just look at the dumpling we “opened” below!
