Christmas in the Mind of a Radio's Child

Christmas in the Mind of a Radio's Child Sliding into lyrical fantasy...
Just beyond Thanksgiving, after hearing Pilgrims, I'm looking forward to gathering friends and family. For me, the meaning of Christmas is LOVE. I believe love heals, and music spreads love.
Background music can make a BIG difference, when people share experiences. Like Rembrant detailed the foreground of his art, my favorite tunes set the mood for great holiday moments.
WIDESPREAD PANIC (WSP) is a live-performance band. Panic plays with light and love in a heavy way that trumps Christmas Carols. Listening to Panic, dreamin' of a winter scene, I can "just leave my body lying there, like another wrinkle in the sheets." Poetic music lifts my spirit toward goodwill on Earth. Panic makes the Weight of the World feel as light as a dream. Reflecting on 2011 and preparing for 2012, I Stop - Go (old school version) "along the way." "Livin' the Moon Time," with memories of riding on highways, going to shows, and Love Tractor.
Call me Christmas Katie.... WSP lyrics allow me to "wake up" inside a comfortable space where I can dream of peace on Earth. Optimistic companions surrounding; green ideas abounding. Earth is a flourishing planet. All is well. Universal thank-full-ness is brimming to the rim. "Time is replaced by a peaceful dream," as it should for any good Space Wrangler (first show.)
I've 'always been a Radio's Child,' I allow WSP to 'whisper worlds in' my 'mind.'

"Always been the radio's child
Quick-to-smile precious baby
Search the dial and electrify
