My experience with the product
The packaging is sleeker and has velvety finish, which is very prone to dust. The shade name is at the bottom. The lipstick feels quite soft and smooth, it does not tug at the lips and is intensely pigmented. A single swipe gives vibrant color. Since the finish is matte, it do accentuate the dry/flaky lips but stays for a longer time. Do remember to moisturise your lips well and apply lip balm underneath. It is quite creamy and glides on the lips smoothly. The color does not feather or bleed and stays on for 6+ hours. It settles to a powdery matte finish. Chambor Powder Matte Lipsticks are hands down the best matte lipsticks I have ever tried. Rubis Rouge is a bright gorgeous brick red shade with orange undertones. Generally brick reds are very subtle but this one pops out my complexion. This is great as a stain for a softer day-time look and instantly brightens up when worn in full intensity.I'm personally very fond of matte lipsticks specially red shade, and if you're too, then do check out Rubis Rouge!Rating : 4.5/5
