After some patient and impatient waiting, country music fans on Canada's east coast got some welcome news on Thursday morning when the Cavendish Beach Music Festival announced its 2020 lineup!
With headliners Miranda Lambert and Dan + Shay already announced back in November, we knew that the festival was prepared to offer up some big talent again this summer. And now, we know that list includes Brett Young, Dallas Smith, Tim Hicks, Chris Lane, Mitchell Tenpenny and more. In all, 15 artists have been announced for the fest in PEI so far. We expect more names to come as they round out their plans.

It's great to see Canadian talent like Smith, Hicks, Jojo Mason, Tebey, Steven Lee Olsen, and The Redhill Valleys on the lineup. However, we do have to point out that of the 15 names, only Lambert, The Redhill Valleys, and newly announced Carly Pearce will bring female voices to the stage. We hope that more women are added in future announcements.
Weekend and Single Day Passes are available now for Cavendish Beach Music Festival, with prices currently on Tier 1 for weekend passes. The prevailing sentiment from every person we've talked to (fans, performers, behind-the-scenes industry folks) about the Cavendish Beach Music Festival over the years has been positive. Everyone has a good time. The fans enjoy the show. The performers enjoy the fans. And when all of that comes together at an outdoor summer music festival, it's hard to beat.
Plus, the famous East Coast hospitality is the added bonus the festival always has going for it.
