Eevryone knows that Sunday is the day of rest, so your wardrobe should reflect this. Never mind Sunday best, for a quiet pub lunch followed by a few drinks whilst you watch the football, you want something easy and comfy. I said comfy though – not frumpy or drab. So here’s my guide to achieving just that.
1) An oversize jumper: the baggier the better. Definitely one that covers your bum for when you want to wear it with leggings. I like ones which can be slipped off one shoulder for a bit of added sexy a la Cheryl in this Wildfox sweater. Also, if you can find one which is a looser knit, wear it with a cami underneath and hey, presto you have a contingency plan in place should it get a bit hot.

2) Obviously if its summer, a jumper isn’t practical. So substitute all the aforementioned info for a tee instead (again Wildfox is brilliant for these). Slightly sheer here is also good.
3) You can wear both of the above with neutral leggings, the staple of any casual wardrobe, or alternatively skinny jeans.
4) No need to teeter about in 6 inch stilettos, sundays are a day of rest for your feet as well. Kick back with converses or a pair of boat shoes.
5) An absolute essential: sunglasses: think laid-back avaitors or a ridiculously over-sized pair to cover tell-tale dark circles as a result of the night before – see River Island for a good selection of non-expensive options.
6) Minimal Make-up: just a dab of tinted moisturiser, a bit of concealer and a slcik of lip balm. DONE.
Oversized man-shirts, the current trend for brightly-coloured trousers and scarves are also perfect. Good celebs to draw inspiration from include Jessica Alba, Megan Fox or the off-duty style of The Saturdays (see pics below as examples).
