Bert: No matter what Kavanaugh did or didn’t do, Blasey Ford didn’t even accuse him of rape. The accusation was groping.
It’s much worse than that. As she described it, he out and out tried to rape her. He grabbed her and dragged her into the bedroom where his friend was waiting. They turned up the music to drown out her cries. He threw her on the bed and then jumped on top of her trying to rip her clothes off. He put his hand over her mouth to stifle her cries. Judge was off to the side, laughing. She managed to fight him off. She thought she was going to die when he put his hand over her mouth to stop her breathing.
Obviously this is a full-on attempted rape. It’s way beyond simple groping.
I’ve been very aggressive with females my whole life, but I have never done anything even remotely like that. For God’s sake, you don’t try to rape them, Jesus man. What’s wrong with guys who do this, anyway?
