There is a common belief that if you are born in a family that has been in the film industry, then it makes much easier for you to make a career for yourself following the same path as your parents.

But, in my opinion, this is just not the real case. Even these Bollywood star kids have to go through their share of struggle to shine in the Bollywood's sky.

There are various examples where being a star kid, they didn't get that fame than their celebrity parents. At the same time, there are various examples where some star kids proved their success over their filmy parents and this happened because of their dedication, hard work, and passion.

Shraddha Kapoor gained wide recognition after she played the role of Aarohi in the movie Aashiqui -2. After that movie, people started searching for her and found out that she is the daughter of Shakti Kapoor. She is one of the highest-profile actresses in Bollywood.

Her father Shakti Kapoor, on the other hand, did not have much of a successful career in this industry. Compared to him, Shraddha Kapoor has earned a significant amount of name and fame in this industry.

Born in a Bhatt family, Alia Bhatt is the daughter of film-maker Mahesh Bhatt and actress Soni Razdaan. Acting is her passion and after portrayed an emotionally intense role in the movie Highway she proved everyone wrong that she is not in this industry only because of her father but because of her hard work, dedication and passion. In this young age, she has received many awards for her great acting in the movies like Udta Punjab.

On the other hand, her mother Soni Razdaan, despite being an amazing actress, couldn't shine much on the silver screen.
