Recently we were privileged to get a tour of the old SFO control tower prior to demolition. As with any control tower, the view of airport operations is quite impressive. The vantage point allowed me to capture this Air New Zealand 777 being pushed back from the International Terminal for a twelve hour flight to Auckland. Air New Zealand operates 15 777s in their fleet for long-haul routes. Nikon D7100 w/80-400, processed with Aperture.
