Beyonce’s Publicist Yvette Noel -Schure Honored With Luminary Award
Yvette Noel-Schure, whose clients range from Beyonce to the late Prince, was honored with the Caribbean Luminary Award, Thursday night at the American Foundation for the University of the West Indies gala at the Pierre Hotel.

To honor the beautiful, spirited Grenada born publicist, some of Hollywood’s biggest names sent sweet messages.

John Legend said, “Everyone who knows her knows that she spreads light and love in everything she does.”

Jussie Smollett added, “She spreads joy. She’s a joyful warrior whenever I’m feeling low. Whenever I’m feeling stressed . . . anxious, all I have to do is call Yvette.”

“I was the Catholic girl that was teased and called all kinds of names when I came to America because my accent was thick. Dream big and find people who dream even bigger than you.”

Throughout her storied career, Noel-Schure has maintained a synergy with Beyonce that continues and has diversified to include BeyGood, the initiative founded by the pop icon in 2013 to create a program with partners to positively affect people all over the globe including a project in Haiti.

Recently returned from visiting Grenada and New Zealand, the celebrity publicist is part of a team working closely with UNICEF to aid the water crisis in Burundi, and East Africa.

“By the time we’re finished more than 350,000 people in the once poor areas would be able to have water in the next year. This is God’s work,” Schurer told Essence Magazine last year.
