Belgian Fog Explores the Turmoil of Open Relationships with ‘Serial Dancer’ [Premiere]

With his newest track, “Serial Dancer”, Belgian Fog, the solo project of Robert Dale, partners the subtle intensity of his vocals with deep, contentious synth tones hard percussive notes. The song’s subject matter flows easily with this agitated tone, following a couple’s transition from monogamy to experimenting with a one-sided open relationship. The resulting desperation and exasperation seep out of Dale’s delivery, resulting in a track that’s intriguing and compelling but certainly not uplifting.
