Banila Co Clean It Zero Original Cleansing Balm Review: The K-Beauty Icon You Need in Your Routine
I started double-cleansing in 2014 after watching a show which featured Park Shin Hye talking about how it was an indispensable step in her skincare routine and I also learned that it was a common practice in most Asian skincare regimens. It's become a common practice for me as well.
The double cleanse process usually involves using an oil or balm cleanser followed by cleansing with a traditional creamy or foaming cleanser. The first step gently removes makeup, sunscreen, dirt and excess sebum on your face while also exfoliating your dead skin cells while the second step ensures your skin is completely cleansed, purified and ready for the products you apply onto your face afterwards. One of the first balm cleansers I tried was Banila Co Clean It Zero Original Cleansing Balm and it's been at least a few years since I've last used it.
