Who doesn’t love the idea of Azealia Banks covering the Strokes? Especially when “Barely Legal,” a classic from 2001′s Is This It, translates so cleanly into a fierce, fresh, R&B dance jam. The best covers are the ones which take an easily recognizable track and flip it up, down, and sideways until it’s an entirely new creation altogether. In this case, that’s mission accomplished.
