The second panel I attended Saturday as part of ATX Television Festival 2012 was called Women in Television and I was fortunate enough to capture video of the entire thing. I found this panel to be intensely interesting because it featured Jane Espenson (writer/producer/creator Husbands, Once Upon a Time, Torchwood, Buffy etc…), Liz Tigelaar (writer/producer Life Unexpected, Once Upon a Time, and Erica Messer (show runner Criminal Minds) discussing their experiences as women rising through the ranks in television and some of the challenges they faced.
