Ashanti, Ciara and H.E.R will pay tribute to their mother’s at this year’s VH1’s annual Mother’s Day celebration.
‘Dear Mama: A Love Letter to Mom’ will air May 6th on the network.
The Grammy award winning singer and H.E.R. take the stage to sing, as well as shout out their mothers who shaped the success they have today. Ciara will also appear on behalf of the #SeeHer initiative to honor deserving moms for their work toward the organization’s increasing accurate representation of women and girls in advertising and media.
More appearances will be announced in the upcoming weeks.
Dear Mama: A Love Letter to Mom will take place at The Theatre at the Ace Hotel in downtown Los Angeles and will air on May 6 at 10 p.m. ET/PT on VH1.
