Having it during meals controls the sudden increase in glucose levels.  It is found that taking it at night reduces fasting blood sugar levels while measured in the morning.

There are two main components which make you put on weight.  One is carbohydrates and the other is fat. ACV has been a popular remedy for weight loss since ages.  It stops carbohydrate synthesis by inhibiting enzymes which regulate appetite and satiety. Drinking ACV water or having it during meals make you feel fuller early and stops you from overeating.

Weight gain due to fat is controlled by fatty acids we take from our diet and also those produced in our body.  The acetic acid in Acv controls lipogenesis –fat storage that occurs due to the accumulation of fatty acids.

Acetic Acid in Acv Works in the Following Ways to Aid in Weight Loss

  1.  It increases body metabolism
  2.  Aids the body to burn more calories and fat
  3. Maintains the ph of your stomach and helps to maintain it alkaline.
  4.  Increase satiety and prevents overeating

ACV

ACV may be the only remedy which can regulate both blood sugar levels and weight gain. Since obesity is one of the causes of developing type 2 diabetes ACV makes an effective component to control blood sugar levels as well as weight gain.  However, don’t take Apple cider vinegar without dilution or accompanied by your meal. Taking ACV on an empty stomach on a regular basis should be avoided.
