Actually, I am still a Gold’s gym member until March 2019 but I opted to go to Anytime Fitness because of its 24/7 operation which is in line to my lifestyle na on the go kahit anong oras. In addition to that, the Gym the I am currently with – is located in Taguig and I really have to allocate time before I go to work para magpawis but good thing on newly opened purple establishment , it is just one minute away from my place.
The official opening of the said branch is August 1, 2018 wherein I can now start working out in any time of my convenient time. Wala ako masyado na expect sa gym nato as sauna is not available – lahat fitness lang .
“Ang mahal magpaganda ng katawan BESH!” , yet the important is I can still continue my active lifestyle, mostly “I am no longer young” , mas mahal ang magkasakit kaysa sa 2k per month na mag-e enjoy din naman ako magpapawis. I love working out to begin with.
