So that’s pretty funny.

Still, it’s real. People do care. I have a friend who this very night is going to a restaurant in Bloomington, Indiana, called The Farm and I’m certain he will enjoy the glow of knowing the animals were not owned by a guy on a yacht cashing in on a trend.

Maybe we should all check out this webinar that Nation’s Restaurant News/Restaurant Hospitality is hosting. It’s a “Dialogue” with Farmers and Ranchers, none of whom are simply cashing in on a trend. I’m certain of it.
