Amitabh Bachchan’s TV Serial ‘YUDH’ To Go On Air On July 14Yudh, which marks veteran actor Amitabh Bachchan’s foray into TV fiction, will air on Sony Entertainment Television.

It is scheduled to hit television at 10:30 pm from 14th of July. The drama series will be aired Monday to Thursday and will replace the popular soap of Sony Entertainment Television Bade Acche Lagte Hain.

The show has been directed by Ribhu Dasgupta. While the creative director of the show is filmmaker Anurag Kashyap, Shoojit Sircar has been roped in as a creative consultant. It is co-produced by Amitabh Bachchan’s production company Saraswati Creations in collaboration with Endemol India.

The show Yudh follows the life of Yudhishthir Sikarwar (Played by Amitabh Bachchan), a real estate baron, who is diagnosed with a degenerative neurological disorder. It traces his journey, his struggle with his collapsing health, his battle with business rivals and his complicated family equations.

The show which promises to give a ‘cinematic experience’ to its viewers also stars actress Sarika, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Kay Kay Menon, Zakir Hussain and Tigmanshu Dhulia.
