Elena Arzak, the best female chef in the world in 2012 by Restaurant magazine, will open next February the restaurant AMETSA at Halkin hotel in London. Daughter of the prestigious Juan Mari Arzak, has developed her professional career in the most famous restaurants in France, Italy, England and Spain such as El Bulli or Le Gavroche, later joining the Arzak restaurant with her father.

Thanks to Arzak (one of the best restaurants in the world with three Michelin stars), her learning in it and the magical talent inherited from generations of culinary geniuses, now she can open her own restaurant, under the supervision of Arzak Instructions, called Ametsa, which in Basque language means dream.

In this new restaurant, according to Elena, you can sample both Basque dishes and with hints of British culture, therefore, the menu will be different from Arzak, and the team consists of five people mentored directly by Elena and Juan Mari.

So, if you have the opportunity to relish a great meal and enjoy sensations from the Basque, Spanish and British cuisine, put in your next destinations, Ametsa of Elena Arzak.
