Acute Butter Shortage in Norway has Butter Up to $465 per Pound!Norway is one of the world's richest countries. But that has not prevented an acute butter shortage in that Scandinavian country. Store shelves are emptied of butter and prices for butter online have skyrocketed to 350 euros ($465). 
Supply is down due to a rainy summer, and demand is up by about 30% over last year.
