  • BHA (Beta Hydroxy Acids) - It is best for normal-to-oily or breakout-prone skin while also being excellent for reducing redness from rosacea. [2]

  • Water - Drink it, splash it on your face and dip yourself. It's good.

  • Yoga - It does wonders for body, soul and face.

  • Zinc - Zinc has an impeccable quality of fighting with acne. It also absorbs Vitamin C which is like added boon to our skin care.
