Dorset Cereals Berry Granola is a beautiful mix of oats, zingy raspberries and blackberries, gently baked in the traditional way to make it loose and tumbly.  Simple, but then the best things in life usually are.  I am a big fan of Dorset Cereals.  Always have been and this is fabulous.

Jules Destrooper  In the 19th century, every Belgian family had their recipe for butter biscuits, baked as a good luck gift.  124 years on, the Jules Destrooper Butter Crisps are still baked to an original recipe with rich summer butter and a secret spice blend.  Find them at Tesco, Waitrose or Sainsbury's.   Tasty tasty.  Big fan of their biscuits in this house.   Their Almond Thins are a regular favorite and these Butter Crisps did not disappoint.  Buttery and crisp and quite moreish indeed.

Garofalo Capellini   This is a new version of the old kitchen recipe “little spaghettini with pork fat, pepper and pecorino cheese”; for a long time butter has been a food for rich people and used by the people living in Naples only on special occasions. Version: If you want a more tasty dish, instead of cooking capellini in salted water, cook them in a good meat broth or vegetable broth.
The recipe I chose to show you this month included this tasty pasta.  As you know I recently reviewed some of their Gluten Free range and I was very happy with that and so I wanted to now showcase their regular range.  Capellini is not something which I have had a very easy time finding here in the UK actually.

Capellini, or angel hair pasta traditionally cooks in a fraction of the time as regular pastas.  I decided to do an all in one pan dish, with the pasta actually cooking in the sauce.  I thought Capellini would be perfect for this because of it's shorter cooking time.

I used fresh chorizo sausage, which was easily crumbled and gave the sauce a bit of a kick.  Feel free to use the dried version as well.  Both are good.

Some tinned chopped tomatoes, a tin of drained borlotti beans, some frozen peas along with onion, garlic and stock and I had a very delicious entree indeed, and all in one pan.

I like it when I can cut back on the washing up don't you???   All in all it made for a lovely and fairly quick supper.  A scattering of grated cheddar on top and we were good to go.  The pasta worked very well and the whole dish was very tasty and colourful.  A pleaser all round!

The Degustabox came in a sturdy well packed cardboard box.  Everything was in perfect condition.  Included as well was a card, which told me all about the products included in the box on one side and had an assortment of recipes which I could use some of them in on the other side.  Win/win!  I reckon it was pretty good value for the price!
Do be sure to check out Degustabox for yourself.
Check them out on Facebook and Twitter too.  Many thanks to Tsering and Degustabox for sending this box to me. Any and all opinions are my own.
