Dear Community,
Thank you so much for being a part of the very first Rochester Gluten Free Health & Wellness Expo.This event has been many many moons in the making and to finally see my dream and vision become a reality is a surreal and humbling experience. I literally could not have put this event on without each and every one of you. Your unwavering support, readership, likes, loves, and shares have truly been unparalleled.

I cannot wait until you meet all the wonderful vendors that we’ve got on docket. There are over 30 and each one of them are gluten free and celiac safe. We are ready for a huge crowd so come early and come ready to learn, taste,sample, and support these hard working dedicated small businesses.
I hope that every single one of you has a fulfilling and productive experience. There will be many support volunteers to help you navigate the floor. There will be a photobooth. There will be radio host, music, and happiness to share all around. Be sure to try to catch me if you can. I’ll be busy I’m sure zipping around like a worker bee making sure all is well. I apologize in advance if I am unable to meet each one of you personally.
The goal is for everyone to have an engaging and invigorating experience as well as connect, network, like, love, and share information as well as expertise with the community and other professionals.
This now annual EXPO is an extension of a platform that I started over four years ago when I founded theglutenfreechefblog.com. I am here because of YOU and I look forward to all future events and surprise(s) that are in store.
