New and expectant parents looking for real stories, practical advice and expert advice on how to make the most of those first 12 months of parenthood, need to visit The Baby Show with MadeForMums, this weekend (1 st - 3 rd March) at the ExCeL London.

Promising a phenomenal line-up of speakers including Rochelle Humes, Iwan Thomas, Annabel Karmel and Madeleine Shaw, the show is a must-attend event for anyone shopping for their new arrival. Rochelle Humes - TV Presenter, Singer & Author

Rochelle Humes is one of the UK's best-loved TV Presenters. The former singer catapulted to fame in The Saturdays and recently covered for Holly Willoughby on This Morning. She is a regular on Lorraine and has her own radio show on Heart FM and on ITV1 called Back to Mine. Married to fellow presenter and musician, Marvin Humes, Rochelle is a mother of two daughters aged one and five, and her debut children's book The Mega Magic Hair Swap!

Rochelle will be sharing her parenting journey on stage at 12pm Saturday 2nd March for a Q&A. Iwan Thomas - TV Presenter & Athlete

Iwan Thomas is best known as an Olympic Runner, TV Presenter and Pundit. He is a former European and Commonwealth champion and remains the British record holder in the 400m. Since hanging up his spikes, Iwan has become a TV personality working on the Olympics, Paralympics, The One Show and Celebrity Island with Bear Grylls. He appears regularly as a pundit at sporting events. Iwan's notable TV appearances include being a finalist on Celebrity Masterchef and being a contestant on Strictly Come Dancing. Iwan is a keen charity supporter, which usually involves taking on a challenge, including running the London Marathon eight times for Macmillan Cancer and take part in the gruelling Tough Mudder event, as well as various Triathlons.

Iwan and his partner had a beautiful baby boy on 29th December called Teddy Thomas.

Greg became a father back in 2014 and his daughter, Etta, completely turned his world upside down. His new priorities were playing, getting messy and changing nappies and his career in finance just didn't support that, so Greg decided to walk away and become a full-time dad. Four years later, Greg has a following on Instagram and a popular blog: The London Dad, where he talks about the ups, the downs and the round-and-rounds of parenting Etta, Ezra and the newest addition to the Stanton household due on 19 th March.

Dr. Anna Machin is an academic, writer and broadcaster whose job is to answer the question "What is Love?". She is world renowned for her work exploring the science behind fatherhood and the mechanisms that underpin human love; between lovers, family and friends.

In 2018 she published the popular parenting book, The Life of Dad (Simon & Schuster), which explores the biology, psychology and reality of being a dad from pre-birth to parenting teenagers. She is passionate about sharing what we now know about being a father from the hormone and brain changes that help men become instinctive parents to the critical role dads have to play in their children's development, whatever type of dad they are.
