Yahoo reports that Facebook has apologized to a 104-year-old grandmother for being unable to enter her real age on Facebook, as Facebook had previously only allowed people to enter birth-years of 1910 or later.
Facebook has since corrected the error, presumably leading to massive 4pm buffet dinner celebrations across Florida!

1. Match.com. Interestingly, 104-year old-women seem to have no issue clicking they are just 99 or, even more daring, 39 on dating web sites.
2. IMDB. Come on, we’re really supposed to believe that Ryan Eggold, who played a high school teacher on 90210, was born in 1984, while Michael Steger, who played his high-school student was born in 1980? So 90210 was off the air for over a decade, and they were hiring an actor who was only 6 years older than original cast member Tiffany Thiessen? “Only in Hollywood!” we suspect a 104-year-old television viewer may say!
3. Budweiser.com. We can’t help but wonder if people in Norway, where there is apparently no legal minimum drinking age, still have to enter their age to see pictures of Clydesdale horses! The good news, is unlike Facebook, people born as early as 1900 can see these horses! And we trust no underage 20-year-olds will ever say they were born in 1900 to see the horses in action!
