For the last couple of days I keep reading and hearing : where did summer go? I'm not the one that has the answer but I hope wherever you are you can still find some zucchini to make this bread.
Just before I left the States my friend Priscilla asked me if i like to be September Top Mom. Despite my long list of things to do I accepted without thinking twice and knew exactly what I was going to share for this guest post. You see, Priscilla and I share a love for zucchini. You may probably remember her from the creamy zucchini dip I shared few weeks ago.
This bread is not a quick zucchini bread. I added some shredded zucchini to a yeast dough. I also added some sunflower and pumpkin seeds.
