Youth Lagoon– which is the moniker of Boise, Idaho homespun hero Trevor Powers– first caught our attention with 2011′s warm, hazy debut The Year of Hibernation. Two years later, Powers has shifted gears slightly, with a far more playful approach that’s still just as epic.
