Uses: To promote inner stability if you are torn between two personalities.
Type Of Plant: Bushy, spreading plant growing in shady soils and fields.
Flowering Time: Spring to summer
How To Gather: Pick flowers, which are green
Which Method: Sun

Uses: if your self-sufficiency leads to isolation and loneliness. A strong sense of independence and self-reliance can appear to others as aloofness or arrogance and lead to  being cut off from other people.
Type Of Plant: Small water plant found in shallow ponds and slow-moving rivers.
Flowering Time: Early summer
How To Gather: Pick flowers from long stalks; gather from a wide area.
Which Method: Sun

Uses: Cures hopelessness and despair.
Type Of Plant: Evergreen bush found in poor soils and on heathland.
Flowering Time: Spring
How To Gather: Pick flowers from big, healthy clumps by their hairy stalks. Select from the center and edges of many plants.
Which Method: Sun

Uses: If you don't have confidence in your own judgement and constantly ask for advice,cerato can help you to trust your own intuition and follow it.
Type Of Plant: A deciduous shrub, over 3 ft. in height. Native to the Himalayas.
Flowering Time: Late summer
How To Gather: Pick flowers singly, just below the bud; use several plants.
Which Method: Sun

Uses: Eases hatred, jealousy and suspicion.
Type Of Plant: Trees are found in woods, but bushes are often grown in gardens
How To Gather: Pick flower clusters and leaves on twigs 6 in long. Pick male and female flowers.
Which Method: Boiling.
Your Go To Guide For Making Your Own Bach Flower Remedies Pt. 2Chestnut Bud (aesculus hippocastanum)
Uses: Helps if you suffer an inability to learn from experiences or mistakes.
Type Of Plant: Tall, deciduous tree, which can grow up to 100 ft tall.
Flowering Time: Buds appear in spring
How To Gather: Pick twigs 6 in. long that carry several open buds; look in all parts of each tree, as high as you can reach
Which Method: Boiling
Note: Use only the leaf buds of the white chestnut tree. Do not use the flowers - these are used for the white chestnut remedy.

Uses: Eases sudden feelings of incapability or a lack self-confidence because you have taken on far too much responsibility. Good for times when you are capable of doing the work, but you feel you will not have the time to complete it.
Type Of Plant: Tall, deciduous tree growing to up to 150 ft. Once common, Dutch Elm Disease killed millions of them, making them rare.
Flowering Time: Spring , as the leaves open.
How To Gather: Pick 6 in. long twigs with flowering clusters>
Which Method: Boiling

Uses: One of the Twelve healers. Can help any fear with a known cause, such as public speaking.
Type Of Plant: Perennial plant, 12 in. tall, found in damp places and by water.
How To Gather: Pick flower by its stalk.
Which Method: Sun
Your Go To Guide For Making Your Own Bach Flower Remedies Pt. 2Hornbeam (carpinus betulus)
Uses: Can help to relieve mental fatigue. Useful when you feel tired at the very thought of doing something and cannot motivate yourself to get started with the task. This remedy is not , however, useful for physical tiredness.
Type Of Plant: A deciduous tree, 8 ft. tall, that is found in woods.
Flowering Time: Spring.
How To Gather: Pick young twigs that are 6in long and have leaves as well as both male and female flowers
Which Method: Boiling
