How To Gather: Pick flower clusters and leaves on twigs 6 in long. Pick male and female flowers.
Which Method: Boiling.

Uses: Helps if you suffer an inability to learn from experiences or mistakes.
Type Of Plant: Tall, deciduous tree, which can grow up to 100 ft tall.

How To Gather: Pick twigs 6 in. long that carry several open buds; look in all parts of each tree, as high as you can reach
Which Method: Boiling
Note: Use only the leaf buds of the white chestnut tree. Do not use the flowers - these are used for the white chestnut remedy.

How To Gather: Pick 6 in. long twigs with flowering clusters>
Which Method: Boiling

Uses: One of the Twelve healers. Can help any fear with a known cause, such as public speaking.
Type Of Plant: Perennial plant, 12 in. tall, found in damp places and by water.
How To Gather: Pick flower by its stalk.
Which Method: Sun
Your Go To Guide For Making Your Own Bach Flower Remedies Pt. 2Hornbeam (carpinus betulus)
Uses: Can help to relieve mental fatigue. Useful when you feel tired at the very thought of doing something and cannot motivate yourself to get started with the task. This remedy is not , however, useful for physical tiredness.
Type Of Plant: A deciduous tree, 8 ft. tall, that is found in woods.
Flowering Time: Spring.
How To Gather: Pick young twigs that are 6in long and have leaves as well as both male and female flowers
Which Method: Boiling
