Days like these, I wish I was back in Dutch-land! (a.k.a. Holland). Film and Design festival launches this week. And for those of you who follow Designer, Yohji Yamamoto religiously like I do….exciting news awaits!
Yamamoto’s debut film launches this week at the Dutch + Design Festival in Eindhoven. If you’ve watched Yohji’s earlier documentary,”Notebook on Cities and Clothes (1989)”, directed by Wim Wenders, this should be quite a treat!

‘This Is My Dream: Yohji Yamamoto’ is the debut film of New York based director Theo Stanley, previously responsible for commercials for the likes of Tommy Hilfiger, Vera Wang and GAP. This Is My Dream, a collaboration with producer Huge Conglomerate, a New York based advertising agency, marks his first steps to the big screen. – www.filmplusdesign.com
