Yeti White Stout – Old Yale Brewing

By Mike @mikescraftbeer

From Old Yale Brewing out of Chilliwack comes their brand new "Yeti White Stout". The beer pours a copper colour with an off white head. The aroma consists of roasted malts, coffee and a hint of chocolate. The flavour is of roasted malts, coffee, milk chocolate, vanilla, sweetness and some mild earth. The alcohol content comes in at 8% and 20 IBU. This beer has a surprisingly full body that you might even think your are drinking a standard stout blindfolded. This beer tastes really good!

Commercial Description: As brewer of Canada's best stout, we decided to experiment. This full-bodied white stout will deceive your eyes and your taste buds with its dark chocolate, coffee & vanilla flavour and its creamy finish.

Food Pairings as per brewery: Roasted Lamb with garlic & rosemary, Baby Back Ribs, Baked Mac & Cheese, Shepherd's Pie
