WW2 Dambusters, Walking, Photography, The Ladybower Inn & More...

By Kvlog101 @KVlog101
I have been away over the weekend and had a break in the country side and in the surrounding areas of
Ladybower Reservoir and the Derwent dams.
The break away was great and allowed me to get some photography done along with some more timelapse footage that i will be releasing soon once i have done some editing.
The area is amazing and is full of amazing places to see and some of the most scenic walks in the area with a rich history linked to the Dambusters operations of WW2.

The area has plenty of walks and bike tracks with great facilities offering cycle hire and refreshments.
We stayed in a local hotel called the Ladybower Inn that was perfect and offered great value for money and a nice place to rest and relax on a night after a long day of walking. The accommodation was nicely set out and peaceful.

The full cooked breakfast included in the accommodation is out of this world and sets you up for a full day of walking and outdoor activities in the area.

The area is well worth a visit and the stay at the Ladybower Inn was great and I would highly recommend the hotel to walkers and everyone in the area.
