We understand emotions in retrospect. When we feel we barely have time to logically identify our emotions. It just flows. And even when we attain emotional intelligence enough to identify emotions as they occur we don't really grasp the depth of such emotions until our subconscious expands the intricate details and unwraps it in our present mind. Such is the power of emotions and the objects that provoke such emotions. Yellow brightens my mood and I never really know why. Could it be it's linked to something of comfort I had known? Or maybe years of exposure to the marketing strategy for kids toys? Whatever it is, I love this yellow skirt. I wore it to work with the Mia Cassara botanical burst tank and black cardigan.
