Winter is coming! and means it is time to layer up and cover ourselves in bundles of warm clothing. It was not until I moved to the north-east from Texas, that I realized how expensive winter wear can be. You need different levels of warm clothing, plus beanies, gloves, shoes (omg! how expensive are winter boots?!), scarves, socks, and more.
Needless to say I was excited to have found SIERRA TRADING POST . They offer name brands at real affordable prices (up to more than 40% off!). Below are few of the new items on the site that caught my eye.
As someone who is quite active this jacket is perfect. I also like to add color to my dressing to get rid of the winter blues. At that price it is practically a steal.
I had recently purchased my first vest for my trip to Iceland and have been obsessed ever since. I believe it is an essential for those chilly days adding an extra layer over a flannel shirt or sweater. This woolrich vest is water-repellent and an ideal neutral that can be layered with any color coat or jacket.
Another winter necessity I didn't own until recently. Usually I find the snow boots to be rather dull and not that stylish. However, these look rather cute with the red laces and the animal print flap.
I love beanies. Probably the second piece of clothing I enjoy wearing in winter (after stylish coats). This is a versatile one at that as it is windproof, water resistant, breathable and ultra thin.
If you spend a lot of time outdoors doing activities (or even shoveling snow) you need this pair. They are perfect for snowy, high-elevation adventures, combining waterproof BGTech protection with stretchy freedom to move as you please.
