Wine Wednesday Indaba Wines

Wines that are designed for spicy food make both Scott and I happy. Since he pours hot sauce on just about everything he loves when a wine can compliment the heat. Indaba Wines are designed for just that. Grown sustainably to help perseve the native South African land.

We had both the Chenin Blanc and the Mosiac with a citrus roast chicken. Friday night Scott and I had a chance to have a much needed evening at home. With a ton of travel and just busy schedules the last few weeks it was nice to have a low key night at home. A big dinner, wine, a fire and chance to decompress.

These were both a sample sent and I LOVE them. I am going to search out the other varieties. And I love the label, so well designed!
