Another Trader Joe’s find for under $8 ($6.99 to be exact), an Italian blend. Interesting, drinkable. But not the best wine over or anything spectacular. That’s not a bad thing either! Sometimes you open a bottle, like it but don’t love it, enjoy drinking a glass of wine to relax and that’s it.
It is decent enough to pick up again if I needed something inexpensive to bring to a big gathering, or just wanted to open a glass of wine during the week.
What did make this wine special was the low key night I got to spend with Scott drinking it. We both work a ton, I travel and he works 2 jobs. It is rare when we get to sit on the couch and not do much. Opening this wine to do that was a great treat.
