Wine Wednesday Côtes De Provence Rosé

By Fitnspicy @fitnspicy

I am officially calling it rosé season. We’ve had a few warmer days and while I know we may still see a bit more snow and cold temperatures I have been thoroughly enjoying one of my favorites. The Côtes de Provence Rosé is under $8 (that’s an amazing price) at Trader Joe’s and is a delicious and light rose with hints of berries, a bit of acidity and the bottle is beautiful. It’s so pretty I’ve actually considered taking up crafting just to make something with that bottle.

We had lunch with friends on Sunday to see their new house and talk landscaping projects and I brought this along. It was perfect for sitting out on the 3 season porch while we enjoyed 60+ degree temps. But in the typical Minnesota style we are back down into the 40’s for most of this week. We really can’t complain, minus a really cold February we had hardly any snow and an easy winter. I will take it!

Now if we can have a few more those beautiful 60+ degree days that all of us who live in Minnesota wait all winter for. To be able sit out on a porch or patio with a refreshing glass of rosé, a light jackets and sunglasses. Hopefully only a few more weeks until we are doing that every weekend.
