Vin started his journey down the road of micro breweries and craft beer in the late 90's, having stumbled upon the North Jersey craft oasis that is The Shepherd and the Knucklehead Pub.
Leaving the micro brew scene behind for a few years, I have found myself immersed in a changed world. Micro has become Craft and the choices and quality of brews have grown exponentially.
