Royal Wimbledon… In his role as President, the Duke of Kent (the Queen’s cousin) made a change in etiquette at the famously traditional tennis tournament. From 2003 it has no longer been a requirement for the players to bow or curtsey to the Royal Box unless the occupants of said box are HM The Queen or HRH the Prince of Wales.
