When we’re feeling burned out, stressed and exhausted the only thing we’re confident of is that we’re about to lose it. We become negative, pessimistic and let the little voice inside our heads fill us with self-doubt.

Being strategic about getting recovery is essential to a sense of confidence. And stop feeling guilty about it! Recovery allows you to refresh, recharge and renew – which means you can do, be and give more to the people and things you care about.
