A little gluten free action and some tasty salmon makes for the perfect dinner. What you'll need:-One package of gluten free spaghetti-1 salmon filet (mine was 1 lb)-Mixed spices (there's usually one that acts as a seasoning in the spice isle.)-Garlic Salt-Garlic Powder-Black Pepper-Butter-1 cooking pan-1 spatula-1 pasta pan-1 serving dish-1 collander

How To:Step 1: Turn on the stove top burner to medium-high. Put 1 quarter of a stick of butter in the pan and wait for it to melt.Step 2: Place the raw salmon filet in the pan once the butter is melted (do not take the scales off/skin off yet!)Step 3: Let the side cook with the scales down until you begin to see the salmon cooking on the top ever so slightly. This is your cue to flip the filet.Step 4: Continue to let the salmon to cook another five minutes before doing anything else to it.Step 5: Use the spatula to remove the scales. They should come off fairly easily. Now sprinkle this side with garlic, garlic salt, and mixed spices.Step 6: Continue to cook the salmon for another 3-5 minutes. Now use the spatula to cut the salmon in half (you will see that the salmon is not cooked in the middle) Continue to cut the salmon up into pieces so that it cooks thoroughly.Step 7: At this point, follow the instructions to cook the spaghetti (usually takes 7-9 minutes if it is gluten free)Step 8: Now you are going to sprinkle the salmon with another round of garlic and add in the black pepper (keep the black pepper minimal)Step 9: When the salmon is cooked thoroughly (there are no signs of rawness) turn off the heat and allow it to sit until the pasta is done.Step 10: When the pasta is done, drain it and then pour it into the serving dish. Step 11: Place slivers of butter over the pasta and allow it to melt into the noodles.   Step 12: Use the spatula to scoop the salmon onto the pasta.Step 13: Viola! You're ready to serve this tasty dish!

Step 14: ENJOY!
Note: Make sure you serve hot!
