When Lazy People Make Me Angry + 3 Films

By Fitnessmeetsfrosting @fitnessfrosting

Monday WORKOUT:

My new Monday routine is to wake up at 5AM and get my workout done early. I go to Kyle’s house after work on Mondays so this helps a lot. But I haven’t been sleeping well (or a lot for that matter) so I accidentally hit snooze too many times.

This was all I could fit in:

2 mile run + arms

Better than nothing AND good thing I got it done that morning.

leg injury ice pack

Yep. That’s the same knee that was healing. A coworker spilled water in my lab and didn’t bother to clean it up so I slipped and fell. People’s laziness, when it affects others, drives me mad! I don’t get real angry too often but I was livid. My knee hurt, my thigh hurt, and my back hurt. I swear if I can’t run…well I don’t know what I’ll do but I’ll be bummed.

On to happy things.

3 Films

Okay, like I said yesterday, I hate choosing favorites like films, books, etc. These aren’t necessarily my top 3 favorites (I don’t think I could create that list), but they are a part of my favorites.

10 Day You Challenge

1. Ferris Bueller’s Day Off

I mean, what kid doesn’t fantasize a “sick” day like that?

2. Elf

Sorry, I could watch this movie a bazillion times and I would still think it’s funny.

3. The Wizard of Oz

I remember watching this on VHS as a kid, over and over again. It had been on TV once and my parents taped it. Pretty sure you could watch part of a golf match after the movie.

My mom would probably like me to add The Brave Little Toaster to this list. Apparently I used to want to watch that non-stop and would get all excited and yell, “Toaster! Toaster!”

What’s your favorite(s) movie(s)? Kyle and I could add some to our list :)
