It’s time for another adventure with What’s In That Bulu Box?!

Bulu Box is a subscription box filled with health and fitness goodies. Each month you get a custom box filled with 5+ samples from top health/fitness brands. You earn points for each box you get and can get even more points for taking product surveys. You can then use said points to purchase full-sized versions of your favorite products. Some boxes are winners. Some are just ok – but I love the surprise of healthy goodies, getting to test them out, and share my thoughts with you.

I have to say, the boxes have been getting better and better lately. I thought last month’s box was great, but this one could rival it for best box yet. Let’s dig in!

Fly Joy Bars -  FLYJOY bars are all natural energy bars packed with superfood ingredients like quinoa, oats, flax, and chia. They are gluten-free, vegan, non-GMO, and they are delicious! I tried the Espresso Cacao Nib and loved it (they’re also available in coconut almond, cranberry almond, blueberry almond, cherry coconut, and peanut cacao nib)! Would I buy it? Yes! I already ordered a box :).

Berry Sleepy - This is an all-natural sleep aid made up of a blend of sleep-inducing super fruits meant to help relax the mind and body before easing you into sleep. I’m wary of sleep aids, but decided to give this one a try because it’s non-addictive, drug-free and claims not to leave you feeling groggy in the morning. I have to say, it really did help me get a good night’s sleep and I felt great the next day! Would I buy it? I did like it, but probably not.

Coco Java Nut Butter - I’m IN LOVE with this stuff. They’re little packets of nutty, java flavored deliciousness that are perfect for on-the-go fueling (or to put on top of an apple, like I did). Each little packet is filled with energy rich ingredients like coconut, cashew butter, and ground coffee (all organic!) and contains Omega-3 proteins, vitamins and essential nutrients with just 89 calories. Would I buy it? It’s a tad expensive, but the second it goes on sale, I’m on it!

Miracle Tree Tea - This 100% organic tea is made with the Monringa Plant, a plant loaded with antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients and proteins. Apparently, this plant contains over 90 different nutrients and 47 different antioxidants and complex amino acids! These little tea packets also have 3x the Potassium of Bananas, 7x the Vitamin C of Oranges, 4x the Vitamin A of Carrots, 4x the Calcium of Milk, 9x the Iron of Spinach and has been shown to improve moods, create healthier looking skin, strengthen the immune system, give a natural boost in energy, endurance, and strength, and even help improve vision and focus. Holy Moly! Don’t ask me why I haven’t tried it yet. I obviously need to get on the Miracle Tree Tea train- especially because the Mango flavor I got smells delicious. Would I but it? TBD.

Umph Preworkout Formula - This pre workout has 0 calories, 0 sugar, and 0 carbs and claims to give you kick-ass energy to help you feel like a super hero in the gym. Sounds similar to many other pre workouts. I’m going to try this tomorrow (probably half the packet just in case it’s super strong), so I’ll keep you posted as to how I like it. Would I buy it? TBD

The Gummies Vitamin C – Strep throat has been going around my office, so I was excited to get this little extra dose of Vitamin C to help ward off that sickness. Ain’t nobody got time for that. Plus, I’m a sucker for gummy anything. Seriously – I could eat a pound of gummy bears right now. Challenge me. I dare you! (you have to buy though – hehe). Anyway – these health boosting treats are all natural and contain no artificial flavors, colors, gluten, gelatin, or sugar! Oh yea, and they’re allergen free, vegan, and delicious. BOOM! Would I buy them? YES! nom nom health
