What’s Coming to North Fulton?

In case you missed any of this Scoop, we are just sharing it from our blogger friends and the Atlanta Business Journal because it’s all good dirt — construction dirt that is!

REI is opening near Northpoint Mall in an old Office Max building. Whatever activity you want to do outdoors, REI (Recreational Equipment, INC.) has you covered. This will be their 3rd OTP location and 5th in the Atlanta area.
Many of you will be excited to learn that organic grocery retailer Sprouts is coming to Atlanta and OTP.

Tomorrow’s News Today reports that the Phoenix, Arizona-based Sprouts Farmers Market, a specialty grocery store and market, has finally confirmed plans for locations in Lawrenceville/Snellville (opened June 18), Norcross, Dunwoody, Cumming, Johns Creek and rumors about other OTP cities. We have reported that Tom & Chee is expanding after their first location opened in Kennesaw. They will also have a Northpoint location near Guitar Center, according to Roots in Alpharetta.
And, last but not least, the awesome Avalon, an 86 acre mixed use development in Alpharetta just keeps growing with unique restaurants and retail outlets. Recently, they have added even more to their list almost maximizing their capacity. CRU – A food & wine bar, Bantu Asian Restaurant & Noodle Bar, and Bocado, which is known for their signature burger. For the full list, click here to see retailers and other restaurants.
