Saturday morning I was up before 7am ( right?! ) to get ready to meet up with some fabulous blogger babes for brunch at Sun In My Belly. You may have seen a few of them on my Insta Stories and Snapchat that I took! They could not have been a nicer group to chat, catch up and meet with plus I love that this group were all different points in their lives; some were finishing up college and just started blogging while other's were Mom's and in full time careers with blogging or work in general. It's great to get to know the ladies BEHIND each blog too. We all have pretty similar personalities and I just adored them all! Oh and ps if you go to this fabulous little brunch spot in Decatur, you have to try the french toast. It was to die for!After brunch I raced home and we took Lily to the pool! We ended up being there for almost 6 hours and were exhausted when we got home with all the laughing, swimming and sunshine we had gotten. This Mom is not complaining at all either because our neighbor was sweet enough to watch Landon for us ( I thought it would be way to hot for him ) and Zach and I were able to spend one on one time with our first born -- something she's been needing for a few weeks now.
Sunday was our typical morning of cleaning the house, grocery shopping ( wine is necessary my friends ha ) and getting some work done. We bought a sprinkler for Lily to enjoy and she ended up just wanting to have it fill up her watering can and water the flowers with...hmmm. The rest of the day was filled with afternoon naps and a delicious dinner Zach made for us. We rounded up the night with mint ice cream and brownies and crashing on the couch watching a movie.Like I said, our weekend wasn't super crazy but it was really enjoyable to meet up with friends, meet new friends and enjoy the outdoors.
